We made an important change to your water supply by changing the disinfection method of water sourced from the Windsor Aquifer from chlorine to chloramine. We expect this change will overcome water quality challenges, as well as produce a better-tasting water. A few households may experience temporary discoloration, but this doesn't affect the health or safety of the water.
